Mix 33g (approx 3 scoops) with 250ml of water or nut based milk (unsweetened)


Really smooth taste, not overbearing. Had the coconut flavour, which is mild and creamy. It’s satisfying, I feel fuller longer with this. Been taking with fruit smoothies. No side effects of soy as this is soy-free.
Smells and tastes like real coconut!
I so wish I could return this, but it's opened. Good points : vegan, natural flavours etc. Bad point: far too sweet. I really had high hopes for this after the positive reviews. I bought the coconut variety as it was described as creamy and I love coconut. Unfortunately, it is sickly sweet and tastes artificial even though it has natural flavourings . I don't have a very sweet tooth and so find it horribly over sweetened, even though it is supposed to have just a small amount of stevia as the sweetener. It tastes like it has lots and lots of stevia. ( Is it possible this batch has too much) I can not even use it up so it's not a total waste of money, as nothing will remove the taste. If you have a terribly sweet tooth this may be fine, but it's not for me, sadly.

Texture: creamy when when blended with water, loved it!
Flavour: loved the coconut bug a little bit too sweet for me which I resolved by adding less powder and blended it with more water. I drink smoothie every morning and blend with frozen berries, spinach, oats and water
