Good Organic Ingredients!

I've only given it 3 starts as I've only just received it a few days ago so cannot fully comment on affects or long terms use. I will say I am impressed with all the ingredients being organic and plant based. This is because most conventional multivitamins from places like Holland and Barretts contain sucralose, corn oil or other shit processes sugars and oils that are not good for you. Also being British Indian i am especially appreciative of the ingredients as they are mainly spices and herbs that are Indian so the smell and taste reminds me of home and my mum's spice tin which is an added plus for me.
