Spicy Nuts

INGREDIENTS

-       2 1/2  cups of mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews etc)

-       1tsp chilli powder

-       1tsp cumin

-       1tsp sea salt

-       1tbs maple syrup

-       2tbs coconut oil

-       2tbs finely chopped rosemary

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast the nuts in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes
  2. While the nuts are roasting heat the coconut oil, maple syrup and spices in a pan
  3. Take off the heat and mix in the toasted nuts until coated evenly
