INGREDIENTS

-       1 scoop of Good Seeds and Fibre 

-       2 Smoked salmon slices

-       1 thick slice of rye bread

-       2 tbsp of cream cheese 

-       Fresh chives

-       Radishes

-       Dill

-       Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lightly toast rye bread
  2. Coat in a generous layer of cream cheese
  3. Add two slices of smoked salmon on top with garnishes and chopped radish
  4. Serve with Good Seeds and Fibre
