Red Pepper Humous


-       200g tinned chickpeas

-       1 large red pepper

-       1tbsp olive oil

-       4tbsp water

-       2 cloves garlic

-       2 tbsp tahini

-       1tsp paprika

-       1tsp cumin

-       2tbsp lemon juice

-       salt


  1. Cut around the stem of the pepper, and remove the pips 
  2. Place in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius and roast for 30 minutes
  3. Remove from over and wrap in foil until cool
  4. Tear the pepper and place in a blender with other ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  5. Cut up some yummy crunchy veggies and dip away, my friend!
