Protein Porridge


-       50g Oats and Whey in any flavour

-       150ml hot milk 

-       Strawberries and blueberries

-       1tbsp ground flaxseed

-       Drizzle of honey


  1. Scoop 50g of Oats and whey into a bowl
  2. Slowly warm the milk in a saucepan until it starts to bubble and remove from the heat
  3. Stir the hot milk into the Oats until its completely mixed in
  4. Serve with fruit, flaxseed and a drizzle of honey - Voila!
