INGREDIENTS

-       40g chocolate essential whey protein

-       400ml almond milk 

-       1tsp cinnamon

-       1/4tsp nutmeg

-       pinch of cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients until smooth, and heat slowly in a saucepan until hot.
  2. Pour into your favourite mug, top with a little cinnamon if you're feeling fancy.
