INGREDIENTS

-       50g chocolate essential whey 

-       1tbsp raw cocoa powder

-       3tbsp melted coconut oil

-       1tbsp honey/agave

-       3tbsp almond milk

-       2tbsp dried cherries/cranberries

-       1tbsp chopped seeds and nuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt the coconut oil on the hob, remove and mix in the protein powder, cocoa powder, milk and honey
  2. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings and pop it in the freezer to set
