Protein Apple Crumble

INGREDIENTS

FILLING

-       Five apples, peeled, cored and chopped

-       1tbsp honey / maple syrup

-       1/2 tbsp cinnamon

-       1 tsp coconut oil

-       100g grated coconut

TOPPING

-       200g Oats and Seeds

-       50g ground almonds

-       5 tbsp coconut oil

-       1tbsp honey / maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients for the filling in a saucepan and warm until the mixture starts to caramelise
  2. For the topping, mix all the dry ingredients together and rub in the coconut oil until you get a nice light crumble
  3. Place the apple filling into a dish and top with the crumble, place into the oven for 5 minutes and serve!
