Pina Colada Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

-       1 cup of frozen pineapple pieces

-       400ml unsweetened coconut or unsweetened almond milk

-       1 scoop of Slim & Tone vanilla protein 

-       1 handful of ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Garnish with pineapple and a tiny umbrella
  3. Put on your favourite swimsuit, pretend you're on the beach and ENJOY!
