INGREDIENTS

-       5 scoops chocolate Muscle & Tone whey

-       500ml unsweetened almond milk

-       1.5 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter

-       1 banana

-       1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
