INGREDIENTS

-       40g of Slim + Tone whey protein

-       100g blueberries

-       1/2 tsp dried lavender

-       3 tbsP low fat natural yoghurt

-       1tsp honey

-       150ml water

-       ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth (add a sprig of lavender to spruce it up!)
