Lamb Steak with Avocado Salsa

INGREDIENTS

-       1 large lamb steak

-       1/2 avocado

-       Handful of cherry tomatoes

-       1/2 small red onion

-       1/2 red chilli

-       1/2 red chilli

-       Squeeze of fresh lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. To make the salsa, chop the avocado, tomatoes and onion into similar sized small pieces and mix together with the chilli, a squeeze of lime juice and a little salt and pepper to taste
  2. Grill your lamb and serve with the salsa. Enjoy!
