Gluten & Dairy free Brownies

INGREDIENTS
  • - 150g Coconut sugar or xylitol
  • - ¼ Cup melted coconut butter
  • - 50g Cacao powder
  • - 80g Ground almonds
  • - 3 Medium eggs
  • - ½ - 1 Tsp vanilla extract or vanilla pod powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius or Gas Mark 4.
  2. Add dry ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Melt coconut butter.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Spread the mixture into a lined baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Slice into squares after the mixture has completely cooled.
  8. Garnish with melted chocolate and a sprinkling of The Good Guru Good Berries.
