INGREDIENTS

-       40g chocolate slim & tone

-       3 tbsp of natural yoghurt

-       1/2 tsp of chilli powder or 1/4 of fresh chilli

-       150ml water

-       ice cubes 

DIRECTIONS

  1.      Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
