INGREDIENTS

-       1 Filet of Organic Seabass

-       2 heads of pak choi

-       1 cup kale

-       3 broccoli florets

-       1 pepper

-       1/2 red chilli

-       1 clove garlic

-       1 tbsp sesame seeds

-       1 tsp soy sauce

-       fresh ginger

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grill the seabass for 12 minutes or until cooked through
  2. Whilst the fish is cooking, stir fry all of the vegetables together with the chilli, garlic and ginger in coconut oil before adding the soy sauce and sesame seeds
