Apple Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

-       1 green apple peeled and cored

-       2 scoops of vanilla Essential Whey

-       2 tbsp natural greek yoghurt

-       300ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk alternative)

-       1/2 tsp cinnamon

-       1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and BLITZ until smooth!
  2. Top with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
